### Group Summary

The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. ### Job Responsibilities

SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE: - eseguire tutte le operazioni descritte a ciclo e non, relativamente ad attività di produzione, logistica e controllo qualità REQUISITI RICHIESTI: - diploma di scuola media superiore (obbligatorio) preferenziale ad indirizzo tecnico o professionale (meccanico o elettromeccanico) - disponibilità a lavoro su turni - corsi di specializzazione o perfezionamento tecnico in ambito meccanico, meccatronico, stampaggio o lavorazioni industriali (preferenziale) - esperienza nel settore stampaggio a freddo delle lamiere (preferenziale) - stampaggio progressivo/tranciatura fine (preferenziale) - conoscenza del disegno tecnico (obbligatorio) - conoscenza base strumenti di misura (obbligatorio) - conoscenza pacchetto office (preferenziale)

### RESPONSABILITA’/COMPITI

- assicurarsi che nelle postazioni di lavoro non siano presenti particolari estranei o relativi a produzioni precedenti - verificare che il codice del materiale utilizzato sia quello richiesto dall’ ordine di lavoro - provvedere all’ attrezzamento delle macchine nel rispetto delle norme specifiche di sicurezza - verifica dei parametri macchina che hanno effetto sul prodotto - operare nel rispetto dei metodi previsti dai cicli di lavorazione - garantire la corretta gestione del rompilotto - verificare la funzionalità dei sistemi di sicurezza (uomo, stampo, macchina) - utilizzare gli strumenti di misura, verificarne la validità e provvedere alla compilazione delle schede di registrazione - provvedere alla compilazione della documentazione relativa alla produzione - segnalare ogni non conformità di prodotto/processo al proprio responsabile - garantire una corretta identificazione del prodotto in uscita - osservare in maniera scrupolosa le disposizioni relative alla sicurezza ed alla tutela dell’ambiente - garantire la pulizia ed il relativo mantenimento del posto di lavoro - svolgere attività di pulizia tecnica - verificare il corretto funzionamento del macchinario attraverso la valutazione dei parametri e delle condizioni di normale esercizio - partecipare ad attività di miglioramento continuo mediante apporto individuale (riunioni, suggerimenti, ecc) per garantire i livelli qualitativi previsti e richiesti dal cliente ABILITA' RICHIESTE - buone doti relazionali e di team building - etica del lavoro e buona condotta - precisione e puntualità Condizioni contrattuali CCNL Metalmeccanico
