Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. ### Job Responsibilities Supervisory Role: Supervise and coordinate activities of quality technicians and auditors. Ensure proper training, performance evaluation, and development of team members. Schedule and assign inspection tasks across shifts, ensuring coverage for 2nd or 3rd shift operations. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within die casting or automotive manufacturing. Strong knowledge of quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP). Familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001). Experience supervising or leading quality teams is preferred. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including 2nd or 3rd shift as needed. ### Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to die casting operations. May require standing for extended periods and wearing appropriate PPE.
