Process efficiency, reduction of manual work through automation of process improvements. Compliance, adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Timely delivery of month-end close activities, reconciliations and tax filing completed by deadlines. Audit readiness, quality and completeness of documentation during internal ex-ternal audits. ### QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in public accounting or related field. Experience in accounting, taxation and financial activities - 5 years. MBA preferred, but not required. Coordination & communication with other departments to ensure timely execution of activities (HR, Finance, Canada Finance, etc.), ensuring an adequate customer service attitude.
