With 65+ years of expertise, our ecosystem of interconnected products combined with our complete vehicle expertise uniquely positions us to advance mobility in an expanded transportation landscape. ### Position Overview Magna’s Financial Reporting Systems department is currently responsible for the management and support of the OneStream suite of applications used by Magna’s global finance users to prepare and present consolidated financial information for both internal and external users. This position will join the team responsible for the administration of Magna’s OneStream Consolidation, Month End Close and Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting applications. Job Responsibility - Provide technical and functional support for OneStream applications to end users. - Manage integrations, data quality processes, and metadata updates from source ERP systems to OneStream. - Implement OneStream reports, dashboards, and system changes/enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Monitor and maintain data integrity, security, and SOX compliant controls, coordinating with auditors as needed. - Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement. - Ensure timely project completion and deliver critical objectives. Others Perform other duties as required. Reasonably judge, identify, and properly handle all the personal information involved in work, and to learn and master the relevant policies and procedures for Magna's data privacy and personal information ### Qualifications Education - University degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT (or equivalent). ### Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in financial/systems analyst roles, preferably as a financial systems administrator/manager. OneStream knowledge preferred. ### Competencies - Experience managing OneStream Consolidation, Month End Close, and Planning, Budget, and Forecasting applications is an asset. - Familiarity with multiple sources of EPM data integrations and knowledge of SQL and VB.net is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and comfortable working with complex financial data. ### English is workable Awareness, Unity, Empowerment - At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
