Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. ### Job Responsibilities Inspect and repair welds (as needed) to ensure quality parts, on time, the first time to meet or exceed our customer requirements, while supporting the Magna Employee’s Charter and the policies and procedures of BGM. ### What we are looking for - High School diploma or GED required - Post-secondary education preferred or 1+ years of welding experience required Preferred qualifications: - Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment required - Operate standard office equipment preferred - Must be able to pass and maintain welding proficiency - Must be able to detect and repair (within cycle times) all weld defects within your zone ### Understanding of weld terminology Site Benefits - - 2nd shift premium $1.00 - 3rd shift premium $0.75 - Health Insurance (includes telemedicine, FSA, HSA, and other benefits) - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - 401(k) with match - Employee Profit-Sharing Plan - Employee Assistance Program - Paid Vacation - 11 Paid Holidays - Tuition Reimbursement - Referral Program - Up to $1,000 per hired referral - Onsite cafeteria and fully stocked breakrooms - Annual summer cookout - Annual Christmas Parties ### Onsite Nurse Awareness, Unity, Empowerment - At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
