Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world. ### Job Responsibilities REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO Escolaridad: Técnico Electromecánico (Titulo deseable) ### Idioma Ingles Técnico (certificado deseable) ### Experiencia 3 – 5 años deseable en Técnico de mantenimiento, Técnico Electricista Industrial, Técnico electromecánico (deseable área automotriz) ### Conocimientos Asegurar el rango máximo de disponibilidad de los equipos a través del mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo con la finalidad de garantizar un correcto Proceso Productivo Competencias Conductuales: - Trabajo en equipo ### Comunicación efectiva Competencias Técnicas - Electricista Industrial - Aplicación de Soldadura SMAW (Electrodo Revestido) - Manejo de herramientas eléctricas y manuales - Sistema hidráulico y neumático; Control Eléctrico, Equipo Medición (vernier, flexo metro, micrómetro) - Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos e hidráulicos. - Conocimientos PLC, básicos en Robótica y (Sistemas de refrigeración-deseable). - Trabajos en espacios confinados, Trabajos en alturas, uso de grúas viajeras y polipastos Principales tareas y responsabilidades: - Cumplimiento a Ordenes de Mantenimiento Preventivo asignada - Retroalimentar a Supervisor sobre mejoras y/o correcciones de las rutinas. - Ejecución de rutinas diarias y reporte inmediato de parámetros fuera de la especificación. - Revisión de condiciones básicas de los equipos y reporte de anormalidades. - Proponer, Diseñar e Implementar mejoras a los equipos y Procesos - Corrección de fallas (eléctricas, neumáticas, hidráulicas, control, etc.) en los equipos. - Realizar reportes de actividades y fallas de forma detallada - Participar en los análisis de fallas para identificar la causa raíz de la misma. - Fabricar piezas por medio de soldadura eléctrica. - Instalar equipo y maquinaria de la empresa. - Seguimiento y Cumplimiento de actividades de Mantenimiento Programadas (Preventivo, Predictivo y Correctivo). - Asegurar el arranque a tiempo de líneas de producción. - Realizar la limpieza e inspección de pits. - Realizar un registro diario de los parámetros y el estado del colector de polvos. - Verificación de parámetros de operación de calderas. ### Awareness, Unity, Empowerment At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
