## Job description

Our Product team is responsible for the strategy, delivery and governance of Q, Macquarie’s customer-facing AI agent, and the agentic banking capabilities that support it. Working across banking experiences, the team expands where Q is available, enhances how it understands customer needs, and delivers automation solutions that improve customer outcomes while maintaining appropriate governance and risk controls. As a Product Manager, you will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives that support both the ongoing evolution of Q and the development of new agentic banking capabilities. You will manage a portfolio of initiatives, collaborate with business, technology and risk teams, and provide commercial and risk-informed decision-making on platform and vendor solutions.

You will also lead a small team, helping to shape product strategy and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

Extensive experience owning product strategy and delivery within a regulated or similarly complex environment, including both established platforms and new product capabilities
- Strong commercial and risk judgement, with the ability to assess platform and vendor options, balance competing priorities, and make informed decisions independently Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and collaborating with a range of delivery partners and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
