You will become familiar with the Private Bank clients, as well as the process of advising and portfolio construction. You will provide high-quality client service and administrative support to our Bankers and clients alike, including answering queries and providing information and working across the broader Banking and Financial services division to enable the resolution of client queries. You will be responsible for ensuring client information is accurate and maintained within our CRM and assist with the preparation of client documentation including Client Service Agreements, Wholesale Client Letters, File Notes, Records of Advice. Along with managing the onboarding of new clients, facilitating portfolio implementation, and assisting with ongoing portfolio and client management you will also facilitate all administrative aspects associated with supporting the client relationship. Prior experience (minimum 12 months) supporting advisors within the Wealth Management, Financial Services or relevant industry experience with a solid understanding of the workings of financial products and platforms. Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience and the ability to foster strong client relationships with a strong motivation to build a career within Private Banking. A high attention to detail, willingness to learn and strong stakeholder management skills. A proactive mind set and excellent time management skills. Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline are valuable.
