We support the Tokyo Asia Sales business and Japanese clients by delivering accurate post-trade services while maintaining a strong risk and control environment. Please note, we require native-level Japanese language skills with fluency in English. We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. In this role you will support the full post-trade lifecycle of financial markets transactions, including trade validation, confirmations, settlements, payments and exception management. You will work closely with Japanese clients and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, support financing activities and deliver positive client outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives. Native-level Japanese language skills with fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience supporting Japanese clients, stakeholders or financial markets. Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, strong analytical capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in post-trade operations, trade support, confirmations, settlements or payments.
