## Job description

MACOM is seeking a Photo Process Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and technicians responsible for sustaining, optimizing, and advancing semiconductor manufacturing processes in the photolithography area within our Lowell, MA wafer fabrication facility. This role requires an experienced people leader with strong technical foundation in semiconductor manufacturing and demonstrated success driving operational excellence in a high-volume production environment.

The successful candidate will combine deep process engineering expertise with strong cross-functional leadership, enabling rapid resolution of manufacturing challenges, continuous yield improvement, and execution of strategic process initiatives. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization—including customers, suppliers, and executive leadership—are critical for success.

This is an on-site position based in MACOM's wafer fabrication facility in Lowell, Massachusetts.
