And out of sight, on the beach facing the turquoise horizon, a 5-bedroom exclusive villa embodies the quintessence of Cheval Blanc Art de Recevoir. ### Culinary art is celebrated through five creative scenes Mizumi, the Asian restaurant by the lake, Vivamento, the vibrant Italian pool-side bar, Sula, the feet-in-the-sand beach club, and Cheval Blanc’s signature concepts, Le 1947 French gastronomic restaurant and Le White cosmopolitan restaurant. Job responsibilities Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude toward colleagues and ensure that they receive warm welcome to Human Resources. › Be fully aware of all the policies and procedure and standard operating procedure of the Human Resources department. › Responsible for managing all the administration forms. › Responsible for maintaining the notice boards at the Ambassadeurs’ Village and ensure that all information, memo, policies & procedure, and announcement are up to date. › Responsible in distributing the work permit cards to Ambassadeurs and work closely with the agencies assigned to manage the work visa by ensuring that Ambassadeurs work permit renewal are organise prior to the expiry date. › Responsible for managing, sorting and distribution of employee mails, and co-mail within the Human Resources team and all departments. › Responsible for preparing the monthly birthday cards for employees including the distribution to the respective departments. Profile Relevant Diploma/Degree in Human Resources administration. A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources administration in a hotel/resort environment. Strong knowledge of local regulations and HR management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyse data, and develop solutions. Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent level of both written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage.
