## Job description

Position The Team Manager manages a team on the sales floor, ensuring daily activities run smoothly and targets are achieved. Coordinates team execution, supports performance and maintains consistency in client experience and operational standards. Job responsibilities Brand & Desirability Experience — Powered by Brand Sensitivity, Product Knowledge, Building Desirability Be the ambassador of Loro Piana to our clients, conveying warmth, courtesy, elegance, heritage and the cultural values which are an intricate part of our Maison.

Express enthusiasm for the heritage, stories and products of LP and promote their craftmanship, uniqueness and exceptional value. Ensure high standards of store environment, visual presentation and operational excellence in all activities. Business & Operational Impact — Powered by Business Acumen, Operational Excellence, Impact Driven Drive sales performance within assigned area by setting targets, monitoring results and implementing actions to improve performance.

Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to optimize assortment, product placement and business opportunities Oversee daily operations within the area, ensuring smooth execution, stock management and alignment with procedures. Guarantee compliance with company policies and regulations, supporting efficient workflows and coordination with operations teams. Client & Relationship Excellence — Powered by Customer Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, Relationship Building Ensure strong client experience and a client-centric culture, leveraging client feedback and service tools to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Guide team members in delivering consistent and high-quality client experience. People Growth & Care — Powered by People Development, Caring Leadership Recruit, lead and develop the team through coaching, training and performance feedback to ensure engagement and growth. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting LVMH values and a strong service culture. Support team capability building by identifying training needs and guiding team members in delivering high-quality client experience.
