## Job description

### Position 岗位综述 负责腕表表壳、表链、表扣的拆卸以及抛光，同时承担部分腕表初级维修工作。 任职资格
- 工作经验 3年以上腕表打磨经验。
- 专业技能 熟练掌握抛光、拉丝、喷砂、去铑等表壳打磨及表面处理工艺。 具备初级腕表维修能力，能独立完成防水圈、部分配件更换及石英表电池更换。
- 综合素质 良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。 工作细致认真，有责任心。 善于学习，愿意持续提升技术能力。 岗位职责
- 独立完成表壳、表带、表扣的抛光、拉丝、喷砂、去铑等工艺处理。 根据不同材质（铂金、K金、铜、钢等），正确选用对应的抛光蜡完成抛光作业。 根据工艺要求，选择合适的拉丝轮及砂粒，完成拉丝与喷砂处理。 对有镀铑层的外观件先进行去铑处理。
- 表壳准备与清洗 打磨作业前，完成表壳的规范拆解（含表镜、功能按钮、防水管等）。 打磨完成后，对表壳、表链、表扣等配件进行超声波清洗并烘干。
- 腕表初级维修 更换防水圈以及部分配件。 石英腕表更换电池。
- 个性化刻字服务 根据客户要求，为戒指、手链、项链、耳环等首饰类产品，操作激光刻字机完成个性化刻字（入职后提供相应培训）。
