This role focuses on analyzing customer data, segmenting audiences, and collaborating with retail and digital teams to enhance client engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. ### Job responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Build, test, and deploy targeted email, SMS, and direct marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional calendars. - Maintain the CRM database, ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
