## Job description

### Position JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-level client service through multi-channels, mainly Phone call and Video Call.
- Be responsible for taking and following up of client repair until a repair service is complete.
- Be equipped with client service techniques and product repair knowledge
- Achieve KPIs set by the organization (e.g. responsive lead time for client repair request, correctness of Preliminary Assessment including quotation and repair instructions, positive client feedback, etc.)
- Drive and achieve personal and team goals

### KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
- College degree or above
- Preferred 3 years of working experience in customer service, retail sales, aftersales or other customer service fields
- Standard Mandarin, basic written and oral English communication skills
- Proactive client excellence awareness and service skills are necessary
- Projects management experience is a plus
- Good at teamwork, with commercial mindset and can work under pressure ------------------------------------------- JOB
