Job responsibilities - Recruit new clients outside of the Boutique clientele to develop qualitatively the data base: - Work on getting external clients by meeting local business entities (Banks, Oil companies, Government entities etc.) - Find and develop new business opportunities with Palaces and royal families of UAE through Assistants or business getters. - Be in constant contact with the PR Team to know what the events are happening in and get the possibility to meet influential profiles. - Contribute to all VIP client events and focus on the sales of Uber Luxury product - Ensure a constant Inactive client reactivation to develop the existing data base. - Contribute sales through OTO and elevated client experiences, inside or outside the boutique with local client from Dubai, UAE. - Attend and oversee some team members qualitative OTO in order to increase the cross selling between universes of the boutique and giving closing sales coaching. - Increase client loyalty in all departments with Department Managers and Sales Associate support by following up on OTO results and TO generated. - Grow and upgrade clientele within the VIC, VVIC & Elite category. Propose local activities to increase customer loyalty and purchase. - Demonstrate excellent product knowledge in all departments.
