## Job description

Position 工作概要 客户顾问将提供卓越的个性化服务、驱动销售增长并达成业务目标。致力于为每一位客户打造专属的尊享体验，深入洞察其独特偏好，精准推荐契合其品味的产品与服务，并在整个购物旅程中提供专业独到的顾问式引导。 工作职责 建立并深耕与客户的深度、个性化连接，以筑牢客户忠诚度，驱动其持续回购。 善用客户偏好、购买记录等珍贵信息，量身定制产品推荐与搭配方案，精心雕琢每一次购物体验。 主动出击，通过到店接待、电话沟通及数字化平台等多元渠道，与客户保持高频互动并为其提供最佳的购物服务。 深入了解店铺全系列产品、零售环境及竞品动态，时刻保持专业敏锐度。 在客户购物旅程中提供专家级咨询与贴心引导，精准把握客户的需求与期待。 积极达成个人销售目标，为门店关键业绩指标贡献核心力量，驱动业务增长。 持续维护并更新CRM系统中的客户档案，追踪互动记录、偏好及购买历史，实现个性化服务并敏锐发掘新的销售机遇。 打造非凡的客户体验，为每位到店客户营造难忘时刻。

以精湛的品牌叙事（传承与匠艺）激发向往，满怀同理心与热忱，传递品牌独有的待客方式。 确保售后体验，棘手问题能够积极的响应并与客户达成一致。 与店铺同事及店经理紧密协作，分享客户洞察、产品反馈与最佳实践，共促团队成长。 维护店铺井然有序、赏心悦目的陈列环境，持续吸引并留住客户。 严格遵循关于客户数据、门店运营等所有合规制度与指引，确保业务规范、稳健运行。 关于LOEWE罗意威 1846年，全球历史第二悠久的时尚奢华品牌LOEWE罗意威创立于西班牙。自2025年起，品牌由Jack McCollough和Lazaro Hernandez担任创意总监，以丰富的艺术感性与对工艺的创想探索为指引。
