## Job description

Position Per la nostra sede dedicata alle calzature, sita a Fossò, ricerchiamo un Addetto ai Consumi da inserire all'interno del reparto taglio. Questa figura avrà la responsabilità di ottimizzare l'uso di materiali pregiati (pelle, tessuto, rettili), garantendo efficienza, qualità e minimizzazione degli scarti nel processo produttivo. Job responsibilities Leggere e interpretare le Di.ba e i requisiti produttivi per pianificare il taglio e calcolare l'ottimizzazione dei consumi, mirando alla massima riduzione di sprechi.

Eseguire con precisione il piazzamento e taglio di pellami e altri materiali, valutando costantemente la qualità e identificando eventuali difettosità. Monitorare i consumi effettivi e proporre attivamente azioni correttive per migliorare l'efficienza. Collaborare proattivamente con i reparti di modelleria e industrializzazione per armonizzare i processi e garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche produttive. Profile Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente maturata in Maison del lusso.

Conoscenza approfondita dei materiali sopra indicati. Conoscenza CAD e sistemi informativi. Spiccate capacità di analisi tecnica e problem solving. Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e forte orientamento alla qualità. Buone capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team. RAL non inferiore a 32.000,00 € Livello 4° CCNL Industria Calzature.
