## Job description

### Position 岗位职责

-完成各项工作目标，包括销售业绩、客户管理和店铺营运等 -按照品牌要求和流程，向客人提供详细的货品介绍和建议，提供专业服务 -与客人积极互动，充分运用各种工具，不断了解客人，维护高质量的客户关系，提升品牌忠诚度和满意度。 -持续学习，不断精进品牌和产品知识，掌握行业最新动态趋势 -和团队通力合作，落实店铺日常营运工作，包括商品陈列，库房统计及点数；确保货品安全，避免失货等情况发生 -严格遵守公司各项规章制度，包括仪容仪表，考勤及工作纪律等 -完成上级交办的其他工作 职位要求： -大专以上学历，至少两年以上奢华品零售或其它高端服务行业工作经验 -出色的销售和对客服务技巧，善于维护良好的客户关系 -工作积极主动，团队合作佳，踏实好学 -良好的人际沟通和交往能力，有一定的时尚敏锐度 -会使用电脑办公自动化系统，有英语能力者优先考虑
