With ambitious growth plans we are always looking for talented people who are passionate about building businesses and developing themselves and our customers’ experience. ### Job Responsibilities Close collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders on monthly launch plans and commercial campaignsWork with Category Manager to provide e-commerce assets for new launches and online page maintenance to ensure relevant and optimal assortment.Create and monitor product listing; ensure products are listed and updated in their respective category listing.Market and competitor analysis - monitor and identify new beauty trends/ brands/ programs for better optimization and category growth.Category Analysis – monthly reporting and deep dive into category growth and trends What You Will Learn: During this internship, you will gain valuable exposure to real-world merchandising strategies, allowing you to understand how category decisions are made and executed in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals who will provide guidance, mentorship, and insights into industry best practices.
