## Job description

### Position MISSION STATEMENT

Optimizing Route-to-Market (RTM) investment efficiency, leading cost-saving & process improvement initia-tives, and ensuring accurate financial closing & payable management. Act as a commercial business partner to the sales team, leveraging data insights to maximize ROI and ensure compliance.

### RESPONSIBILITIES

Payable Management, Discount Analysis & Reporting Oversee channel commercial payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely settlements. Manage the full lifecycle of investment contracts, including template standardization, new con-tract profitability analysis and commitment tracking. Investment Efficiency & Performance Review Analyse investment profitability and achievement rates across multiple dimensions.

Conduct in-depth reviews of RTM investment efficiency for diversified channels to maximize ROI. Lead regular business reviews with sales stakeholders, providing data-driven insights on spend effectiveness. Track investment savings initiatives to quantify financial impact and process improvements. Manage and optimize RTM payment strategies by analyzing discrepancies between shipment and channel activation data. Participate in formulating investment guideline and discussion.

Financial Closing & Compliance Execute monthly closing activities for accruals and payable balance review. Ensure all contract and payment processes adhere to internal control policies and audit re-quirements.

### REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin; French could be a plus. 5+ years of proven experience in commercial finance, with a strong focus on trade investment management. Background in FMCG is preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines during monthly/quarterly closing cycles.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
