Establish monitoring mechanisms to track daily, weekly, and monthly target achievement, promptly identifying performance gaps. Conduct multi-dimensional performance analysis by store, category, staff, and CRM segments to drive data-driven insights. Maintain close communication with Store Managers and Area Managers to gain deep business understanding and support management decision-making through regular performance reviews and business evaluations. Prepare regular performance reports and ad-hoc management presentations to highlight key findings and recommend actionable improvement strategies. Collect and analyze store feedback and competitor dynamics to inform strategic adjustments. Business Planning & Forecasting Create the annual business planning and sales forecasting processes, leveraging historical performance, market trends, and network plans. Develop and govern the target-setting methodology and allocation logic, ensuring alignment with business priorities and store potential. Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, and Finance teams to anticipate market trends and plan for upcoming promotions/event. Ensure rational allocation of resources (e.g., gifts, event plan) in accordance with target settings. Maintain and regularly update the retail calendar to ensure operational alignment across teams. ### Incentive Design and Tracking Infrastructure Collaborate with Retail and other cross-functional departments to design commercially viable incentive schemes. Precisely calculate commission and incentive results, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to budget constraints. Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend timely adjustments based on business performance and strategic direction. Retail Audit & Compliance Establish unified internal audit standards for the retail team and maintain close liaison with Group Internal Audit to stay updated on the latest compliance requirements. Disseminate audit guidelines to the team, organize regular compliance training, and develop practical tools to facilitate adherence. Continuously track and monitor execution across all stores to ensure full compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards. ### Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or Retail Management. At least 3–5 years of experience in Retail Analytics, Business Control, or Commercial Planning within the luxury or premium fashion sector. Proven track record of using data to drive sales improvements. Excellent command of Excel (V-lookup, Pivot table) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Experience of budget planning and management.
