## Job description

### Job responsibilities PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- To conduct field coach, work with sales team for the sales growth.

### MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- New BC training
- To improve BC consultation and selling skill in order to provide better service to the customer.
- To guide BC and build confident to BC while working with them in the field.
- To train BC on novelties in the secondary city.
- To conduct beauty workshop for the customer.
- To help sales department on BC evaluation.
- To maintain and upgrade BC image.
- To assist national training manager on daily work. KEY FIGURES

- At least 3 years relevant working experiences or previous experience in cosmetics/fashion-related brand
- Good make up skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
- Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
