To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a retail environment with a focus on operations and client services. You must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive in your approach, and enjoy problem-solving. Experience in luxury retail is preferred. Job responsibilities In this role, you will secure back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in providing efficient service to clients and ensuring all processes are completed in line with the standards of the brand. While hosting, you will ensure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity, partnering with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience and maintaining daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Inventory Management - Client Services - Store Facility and Systems Management - Hosting & Managing Daily Calendar including appointments and waitlist - Adherence to Policies and Procedures - Client Care Profile This is an ideal position for someone seeking to grow their career in a luxury retail back-of-house environment and a curiosity about contributing their skill and knowledge of hosting, operations, stock, repairs and after sales.
