## Job description

### Position POSITION

MERCHANDISING MANAGER – ACC CELINE, founded in 1945 by CÉLINE VIPIANA, is an iconic French leather-goods, fashion & couture house belonging to the LVMH group. YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT As Merchandising Manager, and part of the merchandising team, you will participate in developing the acceceories product merchandising strategy of CELINE and you will be in charge of buying & store total assortment's coordination, market survey & commercial follow up, ensuring a complete balance between fully representing the brand and maximising commercial opportunities.

YOUR IMPACT BUYING - Study and define the product mix according to the specificity of each city/store
- Participate the preparation of OTB - Participate and assist the seasonal buying session
- Ensure the right merchandise is purchased for each city in the right quantity
- Ensure brand representation is fully exposure as well as allcommercial opportunities
- Distribute product information and order details to individual stores after each buying
- Prepare merchandise book for each season
- Initiate and co-ordinate with supply chain team on re-ordering and transfers MERCHANDISING, TRAINING & DISPLAY - Propose remerchandising of store during new product launch and season end sale
- Identify training needs and prepare training materials on products
- Review and discuss with Merchandising Director & VM department on visual merchandising guidelines according to Paris guidelines/new product launch schedule/advertising & promotion program/image/sales and stock level COMMERCIAL FOLLOW-UP - Prepare weekly, monthly reports on product comments
- Review sales and sell-through analyses and propose weekly action plans if necessary
- Coordinate with HQ on the development of quality and after sales services
- Closely follow up competitors assortment, collections and market trend
- Conduct market research on customer behaviour, market trend, competitors’ price and product offer
- Deeply analyze collection vs. Market demand and asses potential product needs.

### Bachelor or above EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of fashion and luxurious products, 6-8 years buying / merchandising experience preferred COMPETENCIES:
- Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative
- Good interpersonal and communication skill to collaborate with cross functions, HQ and retail stores
- Pleasant, self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, good team player

### Good command of English and Mandarin LANGUAGES
