THE POSITION Based in our Brussels office, as part of the Training & PR Department, you will be a key contributor to the success of our Maison through event coordination, media relations, and team collaboration. Job responsibilities TRAINING Your main responsibilities will be to: - Offer support for the organization of trainings and events (location, invitation, decoration, inscriptions, catering…) Reserve Hotel/train/dinner - Translate and create visually appealing layouts for presentations - Manage meetings: organization and preparation of the Guerlain Room - Maintain our BE Guerlain App PR Your main responsibilities will be to: Assist the PR Team in daily tasks - Follow up on requests from journalists, ensuring requests answered promptly and efficiently - Adapt and send PR newsletters and press kits - Follow up on PR orders and shipments, stock management - Support the PR Manager with the organization of press conferences and events - Support the team with reports / clippings / coverage updates / presentations etc - Assist with events / activities in Belux where relevant Profile The Ideal Candidate: Holds a Bachelor's and/or - Master's degree in a relevant field, such as journalism, public relations, communication, or marketing. Communicates fluently in French and English, proficiency in Dutch is a plus. Commands high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suites. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills (hosting and client-minded). Exhibits excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail and the luxury brand. Functions as a self-starter, learns quickly, and multi-tasks effectively. Is a result demonstrates orientation, works proactively, and thrives under tight deadlines. Brings some knowledge of the Belux (digital) media sector and audience. Possesses a first experience in the Luxury/Beauty/PR sector (is an advantage). ### Additional information What We Offer A 6-month internship program running from January to July 2027, providing valuable hands-on experience.
