This leadership role focuses on building and developing a strong team to drive the profitability and success of the Retail business, with a specific emphasis on driving performance, defining boutique strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. ### Job responsibilities Business development Develop and implement Retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives for the stores. Support negotiations with department stores and landlords. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure alignment of 360 Retail strategies with overall company goals. Establish relationships with key partners and stakeholders to develop a strong network that will support the success of the business. Manage new openings in line with business strategy collaborating with key stakeholders: operations, supply chain, merchandising, omnichannel. ### Team Management and Development Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Retail team to achieve set objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to support team members' growth and success. Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement. ### Client Experience and Satisfaction Ensure the highest level of client service is consistently provided across all Retail locations. Implement and monitor client feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and drive client satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and reputation. Develop VIC strategy to promote brand image. ### Operational Excellence and Profitability Oversee Retail operations, including inventory management, store layout, and visual merchandising, to maximize efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance to Internal Control policies and Audit readiness.
