This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate forecasting and supply of our exceptional brands across the Central European market. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations and contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives. Job responsibilities Accurate Demand Forecasting On-Time Supply Management Product Portfolio Management Performance Reporting & Analysis Supply Chain Project Contribution Cross-Functional Collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Business Controlling and central Supply community) ### Process Optimization Profile Professional experience & know-how Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Demand Planning within a dynamic supply chain environment. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proven track record of driving results, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and challenging the status quo. Developed interest and aptitude for Information Systems and Technologies. Prior knowledge of SAP and other Business Intelligence tools is a significant advantage. Languages Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in German is highly appreciated and will be considered a strong asset. Other skills - Comfortable and effective communicating within a decentralized organizational structure and diverse multicultural business environment. A collaborative and effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
