## Job description
- 负责马达相关参数的评估、测试、验证;
- 新项目马达选型阶段评审(仿真、终端产品结构堆叠等);
- 有铁芯马达、线性马达、无刷马达、轮毂电机的研发经验者优先。
- 负责元器件失效分析
- 新供应商的稽核评鉴
- 熟知环保法律法规;
- 具有良好的英文读、写能力者优先录用
- 本科及以上学历，机械，电子，自动化等专业；
- 有8年以上小家电行业电机设计经验，如吸尘器/洗地机/吹风机/扫地机器人等电机
- 懂电机/马达的性能、选型和工艺要求
- 具备良好沟通协调能力及学习能力，及良好的抗压能力；
- 熟练使用2D、3D绘图软件；
- 书面英语熟练，能书写英文报告/邮件；英语口语熟练者优先录取.
- 能接受加班和国内外出差等需求；
