## Job description
- 针对产品结构电子issue不良分析
- 输出不良FACA报告
- 主导新工艺的验证，实验，新测试项目验证；电器不良分析改善
- 试产工程问题跟进，Ok2send报告准备，评审，提交并得到客户的认可，不良问题FACA；
- 协助品质处理NPI阶段客户品质问题。 6. 3c 电子产品不良FACA处理 7.issue 对接客户检讨报告
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉消费电子行业、智能家居等产品设计开发流程，有电子制造类2年以上项目管理经验；
- 能引导和安排团队人员在NPI阶段，改善产品工艺，测试等工程性工作，熟悉生产动作流程以及项目管理流程；
- 对电子issue ，自动化设备设计原理/制造流程具备项目管理的专业知识和技能；
- 有良好的沟通能力，计划和执行能力及较强的责任心和团队精神；
- 英文4级以上，英语优先商务沟通，说读写流利，有负责海外产品项目管理经验者优先。
