## Job description

工作职责
- 与各事业部沟通招聘需求，确定公司年度招聘计划及预算；
- 建立及改善公司的招聘渠道，协助及实施事业部人员的招聘工作并进行优化；
- 完善招聘流程，建立候选人及招聘相关数据库，分析、评估、改进招聘效果；
- 招聘效果分析及员工流失率等人事报表的制作与分析；
- 参与公司人才梯队建设（关键岗位/核心员工/晋升人员），提出可行方案并具体实施；
- 完成部门领导交办的其他人事相关工作。
- 有CM厂经验者优先
- 有电子制造行业猎头经验优先。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，5年以上招聘经验，热爱招聘工作，有猎头经验者或外包行业优先；
- 熟悉招聘管理流程，独立实施完成招聘各类职位；
- 出色的沟通能力，工作责任心强，并且有较强的抗压能力；
