If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us! ### Job Summary Lumentum Operations LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Support & Market Analyst to provide essential administrative and analytical support to our sales team, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and informing strategic market decisions. ### Job Responsibilities Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions. Analyze external and internal customer data using database queries, spreadsheet models, and statistical analysis tools. - Collect and compile information around competitive positioning of Lumentum’s offering - Support creation of account plans on large accounts Support Account and Sales managers with customer inquiries and follow up activities Create PowerPoint presentations to provide market and customer insights - Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis - Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations - Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry websites, publications, and announcements. Examine potential risks for business opportunities ### Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or market analysis role, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential. - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) highly preferred. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. ### Pay Range P10-USA-1:$59,650.00 - $85,250.00 Disclaimer: Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
