## Job description

As the Omni Retail Experience Director, you will architect and implement a seamless Omni channel strategy with a strong focus on elevating our offline store experience, driving retail performance, and delivering excellence in service and education.

### Strategize and Innovate
- Design and deploy the vision for the omni-retail consumer journey, identifying new trends and technologies to create unforgettable, high-touch experiences in our physical stores.

### Drive Retail Excellence
- Lead projects that boost retail performance, implementing best-in-class service models and education programs for our beauty advisors to enhance consumer engagement and loyalty.

### Lead with Collaboration
- Act as the central point of contact for retail experience, working closely with brand GMs, marketing, education, and tech teams to ensure flawless execution of all retail initiatives.

### Analyze and Optimize
- Monitor and analyze retail KPIs, service quality, and consumer feedback to continuously refine strategies and ensure a superior luxury experience that sets L'Oréal apart.
