## Job description

主要工作職責 全品牌 O+O 促銷策略規劃與整合 統籌規劃全品牌年度/季度線上與線下（O+O）的促銷行銷策略 整合實體專櫃、零售通路、電商的促銷活動，確保品牌訊息、優惠力度與視覺呈現的一致性 評估並優化跨通路的行銷預算配置 百貨檔期策略規劃與執行 (Trade Promotion & Activation) 針對全台各大百貨體系之重要檔期（如週年慶、母親節、年中慶等），制定全年度線下 Trade Marketing 策略與活化方案。 規劃具市場競爭力與話題性的「通路獨家特惠組合」及「消費滿額贈（GWP）」策略，以驅動櫃點客流量與客單價。 控管預算，評估各檔期活動之投資報酬率（ROI），並根據零售數據持續優化促銷成本與資源分配。 黃金版位爭取與商務談判 (Negotiation & Space Acquisition) 主導與各大百貨體系總部及店點經理之商務談判。 積極爭取百貨 DM 首頁/核心版面、館內黃金廣告版位、手扶梯宣傳及百貨官方線上平台（App/EDM）之曝光資源。

為品牌大型活動、快閃店（Pop-up Store）談判爭取最佳檔期與黃金坪效位置。 百貨通路關係維護與客製化合作 (Key Account Relationship Management) 維繫並深化與百貨各級主管（總部招商、樓面經理、課長等）之強健合作關係，建立長期且互信的夥伴關係。 針對不同百貨體系的客群定位，規劃「客製化」的獨家品牌活動創造雙贏。 跨部門協作與零售執行 (Cross-Functional Collaboration) 與品牌行銷團隊緊密配合，確保 Trade 策略與品牌年度新品上市、主推明星商品的溝通主軸一致。 與業務團隊（Sales/Area Managers）及視覺陳列團隊（VM）協作，確保線下專櫃的陳列、文宣（POSM）及促銷完美落地執行。

### 職位要求與專業技能 資深百貨通路行銷經驗

具備高檔美妝、精品行業資深 Trade Marketing / Retail Marketing 實務經驗。

### 強健的百貨人脈網絡

擁有與台灣各大主要百貨體系深厚的合作關係與招商/樓面人脈。

### 頂尖的交際手腕與談判技巧

具備極佳的協調能力、說服力與敏銳的談判直覺，善於在高壓的商務情境中爭取最有利的品牌資源，交際手腕靈活且抗壓性強。

### 敏銳的商業與數據洞察力

能熟練分析百貨零售數據、消長趨勢及競品動態，並將數據轉化為具體的談判籌碼與檔期策略。

### 卓越的專案管理與協作能力

具備同時處理多個百貨體期、多個專案的執行力，能高效進行跨部門溝通與資源整合。
