A Day in the Life As our Counter Manager in Magasin du Nord, you will be pivotal in bringing Aesop's vision to life within your store. Reporting to the Retail Business Manager, you will act with a merchant mindset to inspire your team, spending 80% of your time on the shop floor. In collaboration with the Retail Business Manager, define SMART quarterly goals, develop monthly commercial plans, and track KPIs to consistently exceed targets. Facilitate daily briefings to align on priorities and targets, share feedback, communicate updates, and foster a high-performance team. Spend 80% of your working week on the shop floor observing, coaching your team, and partnering on talent succession plans to promote growth and retention. Role-model excellence in delivering the Aesop customer experience, analysing Voice of the Customer data to enhance in-store client interactions. Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and fellow Store Managers to execute tactical campaigns, integrate new products, and uphold retail standards. Participate in Retail Consultant recruitment, take responsibility for signing off inductions, and uphold Aesop's five senses experience. We Are Looking For You are an entrepreneurial, customer-focused leader with a strong commitment to Aesop's unique values. ### You bring Retail Leadership: Proven experience successfully leading and motivating a team in a customer and sales-focused retail or hospitality environment. ### Commercial Acumen Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to define, role-model, and monitor behaviours that achieve sales targets and KPIs. ### The Art of Selling A natural ability to lead the creative art of selling through exceptional conversations and cross-category sales. ### Coaching & People Development Accomplished at coaching, providing feedback, and building teams that drive both employee and customer retention. ### Retail Operations & Communication Capability in running efficient store operations and upholding retail standards, with professional working proficiency in Danish and English.
