A Day in the Life You will join our dynamic E-Commerce team within the Professional Products Division to drive online growth and build strong digital partnerships. ### E-Commerce Strategy Manage digital key accounts, develop joint business following commercial goals and KPIs, lead negotiations. ### Online Activation Optimize e-retailer platforms and user experience to maximize conversions. ### Data Analysis Track online sales performance and optimize digital media investments. ### Collaboration Partner with marketing and supply chain making sure the key internal stakeholders are aligned to drive business forward We Are Looking For Education & Experience: University degree with min 3 years sales experience (FMCG or E-commerce preferred). ### E-Commerce & Negotiation Proven ability to manage digital accounts and drive commercial agreements. ### Analytical Problem-Solving Skilled at interpreting data to identify challenges and propose growth solutions. ### Relationship & Collaboration Strong communicator who builds trust with partners and aligns seamlessly with internal teams. ### Agility & Language A growth mindset with business-fluent English.
