Join our dynamic Media Legal Team as Legal Counsel (CDD) and be part of our work to unlock value and drive transformation. Reporting to one of the Associate General Counsels and the Deputy General Counsel, you will play a role in advising and providing support to France-based DMIs, particularly in their projects involving copyright law, image rights, advertising law, and marketing law. ### Your main responsibilities will be as follows Draft and negotiate marketing services contracts with a wide range of suppliers such as advertising agencies, digital creative agencies, production agencies - Negotiate and secure third-party rights for advertising campaigns (ambassadors, models, photographers, music etc.) - Support the Art Buying/Business Affairs internal teams for models and photographers’ rights: drafting contract templates, teams training, and assistance with contract negotiation and formalization Draft and negotiate collaborations, partnerships, or sponsorships agreements - Handle disputes with competitors and third parties regarding communication materials - Contribute to the implementation or revision of the Group's standard contractual documentation, and guidelines, participate in the animation of our legal community, and in training programs for business teams. The key skills that you will need to make an impact: 3 to 5 years of experience Expertise in intellectual property law, advertising/marketing law, and consumer protection law, as in-house legal counsel or in a law firm - Solid academic background in law (preferably in intellectual property law), with the ability to apply your knowledge practically and pragmatically Analytical, writing, and summarizing skills, combined with a proactive mindset and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize, resolve issues quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment Fluent in English Here's what sets us apart — and what you can expect from the journey with us. #CommunityImpact - We are business enablers empowering the organization using cutting-edge tools that unlock value and efficiency.
