## Job description

### KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Contribute to brand ambition and profitable growth by creating an OMNI customer ex perience, engaging, retain, link-sale, all is based on data mining and analytics. Planning and delivering CRM strategies across online & offline with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, boosting active customer base, and accelerating customer lifetime value Creating a CRM structure, loyalty program and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business. Monitoring total brand digital marketing related-KPI through analysis and dashboards Leading CRM team to co-work together to ensure the customer database is segmented for targeted marketing activities. Responsible for supporting work for marketing/Digital team, CAC request related to digital tools (Beauty Tech/ CRM platform), Construct consumer journey on SFMC.

CRM DIGITAL BRAND BUILDING Possesses a consumer-centric mindset to drive customer value. Scales consumer engagement. Identifies growth opportunities within the existing customer base and drives repeat purchases through targeted CRM activities and collaboration with other departments. Familiarity with digital marketing tactics. Ability to meet tight deadlines with outstanding time management skills. Good communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Accelerating EC customers’ lifetime value by omni strategy DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE Strong ownership of CRM Digital platform management Leads with strong agile project management skills Acts as a strategic business partner
