As a Business Developer for SkinCeuticals, you’ll help drive the brand’s growth by building strong partnerships with skincare professionals and developing business opportunities across your territory. You’ll bring SkinCeuticals’ science-led skincare to more consumers, support partners in growing their business, and turn commercial ambitions into lasting results. Your mission Grow the brand’s presence across the islands by strengthening relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities with pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities Manage, support, and develop the territory’s customer portfolio, while identifying and acquiring new customers. Present the brand and its products to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals selected in line with the brand strategy. Encourage product adoption and recommendation among professionals, in line with commercial and brand guidelines. Develop and implement action plans tailored to the territory’s needs. Plan professional engagement activities—such as training sessions, congresses, meals, presentations, and events—to strengthen the brand’s presence. Manage the investment budget allocated to the territory. Represent the brand at congresses, professional events, medical meetings, and other industry activities. What we’re looking for Commercial experience with pharmacies, clinics, or other B2B sales environments. An interest in and passion for skincare and aesthetic medicine. Motivation to build a career in sales. Based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and available to travel across the islands and occasionally elsewhere in Spain. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build professional relationships. A commitment to continuous learning.
