You will be a key partner to the business, ensuring we achieve optimal value, foster innovation, and uphold our commitment to sustainability. Your main responsibilities will be: Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute category strategies by analyzing business needs, understanding market dynamics, and capturing supplier innovation to drive value. ### Stakeholder & Supplier Management Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, from negotiation and contracting to performance monitoring. ### Performance & Cost Optimization Manage KPIs and optimize costs through detailed analysis and effective use of purchasing systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba). You will ensure all sourcing decisions support our financial goals. ### Operational Excellence Operate with integrity, ensuring all activities comply with internal controls, legal rules, and sustainable purchasing policies ('Buy less and Buy better'). We Are Looking For A solid foundation in indirect purchasing with experience in cost analysis. ### Stakeholder Management The ability to communicate effectively and constructively challenge and influence business partners. ### Analytical Skills Proficiency in analyzing data to drive decisions, with strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
