## Job description

You will be given responsibilities, goals to work on supporting business operations and delivering the real impact to brands, people, consumers, customers, suppliers, and other partners.

As a Marketing Project Graduate Trainee, you will:
- Coordinate & support in the go-to-market activations with local marketing teams
- Communicate and perform point of contact updates for local markets representing the regional hub Consolidation and interpretation of data in areas of inventory, forecast evolution & sales analysis
- Conduct market research on key competitors' ranking, products, price points Project management, artwork amendments and coordinate for local marketing teams in the region You will need: Just graduated or with less than
- 1 year of experience Project management skills Passion for beauty trends & eye for design Sensitivity to the consumer’s needs and perspectives Creative and innovate mind (we want your bright ideas!) Good sense of initiative
- Ability to handle multiple workflow/processes to deliver within tight timelines
