L'Oréal's Luxury division is seeking a dynamic and driven individual for Product Manager role to shape the future of iconic brands Prada, YSL & Miu Miu in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. A Day in the Life Launch Orchestration & Growth Management: Leading the end-to-end process behind product launches across all three markets and driving growth activities for key pillar products within the Prada and YSL Beauty portfolios. ### Consumer Insight & Trend Analysis Developing a deep understanding of consumer needs and preferences, translating market trends and insights into actionable marketing strategies for the brands. ### Brand Stewardship Protecting and promoting brand equity by ensuring all activities align with the brand purpose and identity guidelines for Prada, YSL and Miu Miu. ### Cross-Functional Collaboration Partnering effectively with Media, Trade, Sales, Logistics, and other key departments to execute cohesive and aligned brand yearly operational strategies and achieve shared execution objectives. ### Brand Forecasting & Performance Management Overseeing the short+mid term performances of the brand, understand the grwoth drivers ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts to optimize resource allocation throughout the year. ### Project Management Lead the execution of local brand-building initiatives (such as special events or brand purpose activations) by partnering with cross-functional teams - including Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain - while effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and post-launch performance reporting. We Are Looking For A university graduate with 2-3+ years of experience in Product/Brand Management, ideally within the luxury, beauty or FMCG industry Professional fluency in English + having knowledge of one of the local market languages (Czech, Slovak or Hungarian) would be preferred but not mandatory.
