## Job description

店铺经理的主要职责是带领团队呈现令人难忘的顾客体验并推动店铺的整体业绩。通过连贯的计划、执行和回顾，在人员、顾客和业绩等关键方面实现业绩目标。 加入 Aesop, 我们需要你…
- 推动店铺内的品牌执行
- 担任 Aesop 形象大使和产品代言人
- 在店铺环境、产品和团队方面提供优质的服务
- 协同市场和 VM 的活动，在商业目标和品牌理念中取得适当的平衡
- 维护和培养与当地社区的关系，从而提高品牌知名度，建立品牌忠诚度
- 了解 Aesop 在市场上的最新定位，为店铺发展与运营提出合适的见解
- 管理店铺业务和运营
- 协助安排店铺运营和店务工作，使员工有更多的时间服务于顾客
- 制定并分配业绩指标，支持店铺业务运营，激励员工并完成后续工作
- 推广店铺关爱的文化，关心他人的健康和安全
- 认真管理库存以提高顾客体验
- 管理店铺费用并提供建议以保证店铺盈利能力
- 管理顾客体验和业绩产出
- 引导团队并合理利用空间，提供积极的业绩产出
- 以身作则，提供优质的顾客服务，使团队了解 Aesop 的顾客体验原理
- 处理客诉，并将此作为自己和团队的一次学习机会
- 了解顾客反馈，激励团队并利用一些机会提升顾客体验
- 培养团队并提高业绩
- 招聘多元化和有技能的人才，从而实现店铺目标
- 负责团队新成员入职培训并从中发挥积极作用，使深入理解职位、品牌和店铺目标
- 通过培训、指导和反馈，积极发展自身和团队
- 制定可观的业绩目标并对自己和团队负责
- 观察、审视和分析团队表现，发现团队发展和成长的机会点
