## Job description

### Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Controller within the Cost Management stream, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

### Cost Management & Control
- Directly manage and control various cost categories, including Personal Costs, Office/Campus Costs, Activity-Based Operating Costs, Retail Costs, and Other Allocations. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of expenses within these categories, adhering to L'Oréal Group guidelines and local regulations.
- Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting (PB/B/T) for SG&A.

### Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Provide analytical support for SG&A-related inquiries, offering insights to management for informed decision-making.

### Communication
- as Division Referent and Financial Business Partner to stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and communicate financial implications effectively.

### Process Standardization & Improvement
- Actively participate in the continuous standardization and improvement of SG&A cost controlling processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains and better control.
- Procurement & Expense Approval Processes
- Ad Hoc analysis as requested by management.
