Reporting to the Customer Care & Order Management Manager, you are the operational link connecting commercial teams, warehouses, and transport partners across our Industry 4.0 fulfilment network. - Oversee daily end-to-end EDI and automated order processing in SAP, resolving blocks to sustain an 85%+ touchless order rate. - Execute stock allocation and substitution rules, partnering with Supply Planning and distribution teams to safeguard product availability. - Investigate order discrepancies and drop-service rates, leading root-cause analyses alongside logistics teams and warehouse partners. - Collaborate across 7 Operations métiers to reconcile daily order volumes, inventory status, and delivery schedules against operational targets. - Build automated tracking tools and dashboards using Power BI and SQL to deliver daily order and service-rate performance reporting.
