## Job description

A Day in the Life You lead the retail operations and client experience for Prada Beauty at David Jones Chatswood, reporting to the Retail Business Manager. This part-time position operates on a fortnightly rotating roster, 30 hours per week.

### Roster Week 1

Tuesday 10:00–15:00 Wednesday 10:00–17:30 Thursday 10:00–18:30 Friday 10:00–17:30 Saturday 09:00–17:30 Roster Week 2: Sunday 10:00–17:30 Tuesday 10:00–15:00 Wednesday 10:00–17:30 Thursday 12:00–21:00 Friday 10:00–18:00
- Drive daily sales targets and retail key performance indicators through elevated service standards and personalised fragrance consultations.
- Coach and guide the counter team on brand storytelling, clienteling, and product artistry to build repeat clientele.
- Oversee inventory replenishment, stock audits, and visual merchandising guidelines to ensure counter presentation stays immaculate.
- Partner closely with David Jones floor management to coordinate counter animations, VIP masterclasses, and promotional retail moments. We Are Looking For You bring a collaborative leadership style and know how to turn boutique luxury service into lasting client relationships.

### Retail Business Acumen
- Proven track record driving retail sales performance and operational standards within department store environments.

### People Management
- Practical ability to coach, support, and align a retail team around collective sales targets.

### Client Experience Excellence
- Track record building long-term client relationships and managing high-touch clienteling activities.

### Operational Rigour
- Strong organisation skills handling stock management, merchandising compliance, and counter coordination.

### Commercial Agility
- Full availability across the designated fortnightly roster, including late-night trading, weekends, and campaign launches.
