A Day in the Life Based on counter at Bondi Junction across a 35-hour week, you represent the avant-garde vision of Prada Beauty, reporting directly to the Counter Manager.

You turn passing foot traffic into brand advocates by delivering tailored consultations across fragrance and makeup.
- Deliver bespoke consumer consultations, introducing clients to Prada Beauty collections through personalised shade matching and olfactive storytelling.
- Drive individual and counter sales targets, tracking daily retail performance and recommending complementary routines to grow basket size.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards in line with Prada guidelines, managing product displays, hygiene testers, and on-counter stock levels.
- Build lasting client relationships by enrolling shoppers into our loyalty database and booking them for return visits and exclusive brand events.

We Are Looking For You bring a genuine interest in luxury retail and the energy to engage every shopper who walks past the counter.

### Merchandising & Detail Focus
- High personal standards regarding counter cleanliness, tester maintenance, and visual presentation.
