### Brand Strategy
- Define and steer brand category strategy and multi-year roadmap, translating consumer and market insight into disruptive innovation that accelerates market share

### People Leadership
- Lead, coach and empower your team to unleash their full potential, building the next generation of marketing talent

### O+O Activation
- Orchestrate integrated, high-impact product launches and consumer campaigns across online and offline channels, ensuring brand equity and business results move together

### Global Partnership
- Partner closely with the Zone and global teams to bring China's consumer voice into global NPD, ensuring local market needs shape the innovation pipeline from the earliest stage 【 We Are Looking For 】 An inspiring, strategic leader with a passion for luxury beauty.
