A Day in the Life Life is too short for a boring career, and here you operate as a core finance business partner steering performance across brand marketing and commercial operations. Reporting to the Finance Director, you are an essential co-pilot to business leaders, translating commercial ambitions and marketing strategies into sustainable, profitable growth. - Act as a trusted finance business partner, steering budgets, rolling monthly forecasts, and long-term trend plans across brand and channel P&Ls. - Co-pilot strategic decision-making through proactive data analysis, scenario planning, and regular tracking of key performance indicators. - Maximise return on investment (ROI) by evaluating resource allocation across advertising and promotion (A&P), retail activations, and commercial joint plans. - Protect business value by identifying financial risks, building contingency plans, and ensuring adherence to Group Internal Control standards and approval workflows. - Streamline financial reporting and workflows, driving continuous process improvement to simplify day-to-day decision-making across transversal teams.
