A Day in the Life Reporting to the Content Excellence Lead, you will drive the landing of cutting-edge AI content tools and evaluation systems across China and North Asia. ### You will shape the future of beauty-tech by Deploying Innovation & AI: Lead the rollout and scaling of advanced generative AI content tools and visual evaluation technologies across local and regional brand teams. ### Creating Educational Playbooks Design interactive workshops, lead scenario-based training, and build operational playbooks to empower marketers with tech-driven creative capabilities. ### Co-creating Brand Models Partner with marketing and technical teams to define and refine digital brand identity guidelines, bridging the gap between algorithms and brand aesthetics. ### Optimizing Performance Tracking Collaborate on visual scoring and performance systems to link content creation directly with consumer engagement and conversion metrics. We Are Looking For A completed Bachelor’s degree with professional experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or brand content management. Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for content quality, ensuring technical outputs respect brand DNA. Active curiosity for emerging tech, with an interest in exploring and implementing GenAI tools. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effortlessly across diverse teams in China, North Asia, and Global. Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin.
